Google and Microsoft sign-in are available to everyone on the login page — there's nothing to connect per-workspace, since both providers are configured once for all of Elora IQ rather than per organization. A first-time sign-in through either one follows the same team-joining rules as a regular signup: it only lands someone in your organization if they're accepting a pending invite, or their work email domain matches your organization and an admin approves their join request below.

Owner-only. When required, every member of your organization must set up two-factor authentication — anyone who hasn't will be walked through setup the next time they log in.

Add a second step when logging in, using an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy, etc.). Once enabled, a 6-digit code from your app is required in addition to your password.

Whether the shareable public link ("anyone with this link can take the assessment") starts enabled on every new assessment you publish. Turn this off if you'd rather every assessment start as private-invite-only, and switch the public link on yourself when you actually want one. Only affects assessments created from now on — existing ones are unchanged, and you can always toggle a specific assessment's public link from Test links.

Applied automatically to every new assessment when it's created. Changing these has no effect on assessments that already exist — adjust those individually from Test links → Proctoring.

Every organization must always have an owner. Hand ownership to another team member before deleting your account, or if you just want to step down — you'll become an Admin.

This permanently deletes your Elora IQ account and removes your access immediately. This cannot be undone.
